Video Visitation System
Overview:
VideoVis was designed to make the visitation process for inmates and their visitors as efficient and safe as possible while improving the well being of the inmates.
The key factor in using a Video Visitation system is the elimination of the requirement to move inmates to the visitor location and also the fact that the visitor does not need to enter the correctional/Detention facility.
Sheriff’s station, it is possible to reduce the travel time for loved ones at the same time reducing the manpower for the transportation and monitoring of the inmates.
The use of these non-contact visits also reduces a facilities possible infiltration of contraband and can in some cases make it much easier for children to perform visits with an inmate.
